Mission Work

Welcome to Missions! We are involved with organizing service projects and mission trips for the Advance Ministry in order to serve God through action!
In previous years we have organized mission trips to New Orleans and Chile, and we have also come together to serve more locally to help those effected by the flooding in Findley, OH. Since the start of the Advance Ministry Commission, we have slowed down our ambitions a bit as we seek the Lord’s guidance for the future. So far, during the Spring Retreat 2009 we collected clothing and gift cards for the Cleveland Christian Home and are in the process of seeking a relationship with Hiram Farm Living and Learning Community.
Hiram Farm Living and Learning Community is a non-profit organization striving to serve adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. To learn more about this organization go to: www.hiramfarm.org
“Each one should used whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever! Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11
